Admission qualifications, selection and enrollment procedures, tuition fees

A second cycle degree or an equivalent foreign academic qualification in:

  • Economics
  • Law
  • Law and Economics
  • Political Science


The admission process will take into consideration academic and professional credentials (such as current or past experience in legal, compliance, regulatory or equivalent functions in banks, financial firms, consultancy or law firms).

Applicants must have fluent command of the English and Italian languages (both written and spoken).

The Master seeks to prepare the best professionals in the field of Banking and Financial Law, which is a complex and highly vocational field. Thus, past activities that accredit a previous interest in the field will be taken into consideration. In particular, preference will be given to candidates professionally active or with past experience in legal, compliance, regulatory or equivalent functions in banks, financial firms, consultancy or law firms.


Application must be filed, in compliance with all requirements specified in the call for applications, by January 7th, 2021. 

The selections will take place online on January 11th, 2021 from 10:00 to 17:00.

The number of participants who can be admitted to the Executive Master ranges from a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 25, identified according to the selection procedure.

The lists of accepted candidates can be consulted from January 18th, 2021 by connecting to by entering the username and password obtained following the application.

There is also the possibility to apply for a position of "uditore" (such attendants will not receive, at the end of the program, the title of the Executive Master but would nonetheless participate to the classes offered by the Executive Master), with a preference for applicants who are members of the Secretariat of the ABF. 




The fee required from participants attending the Executive Master is 7.250 €: first instalment of 3.625 € at registration, second instalment of 3.625 € no later than April 30, 2021.

The fee required from "uditori" (attendees who shall not receive at the end of the program the Executive Master and are admissible up to 20% of the overall number of participants) is € 3.625 € (due in a single instalment): preference will be given to candidates who are analysts at the ABF Secretariat.

The Executive Master does not fall within the typology of courses for which exemption from tuition fees and university contributions is provided (Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 April 2001, art. 8, paragraph 1).


Fees due for the Executive Professional Master can be paid on behalf of the relevant participant by an individual sponsor identified by the participant (public bodies, foundations, companies, etc.), upon signing a letter of commitment or a specific agreement. Please contact the Secretariat (see box on the side) to receive all necessary instructions.


The Executive Master is supported by entities such as Deloitte, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca Generali, Studio Bricola, Annunziata & Conso, Orrick, UniQLegal with liberal contributions. Part of these contributions may be used to allow reductions on the admission fee in favor of the most deserving candidates, if deemed appropriate by the Master's Director.
