Programme

The International Master consists of 3 progressive levels.

LEVEL 1 (E-LEARNING): theoretical e-learning lectures and surgical videos commented step-by-step that the candidates can follow wherever they want.

LEVEL 2 (ON SITE): intensive training in the Bologna University (May 2024) including:

- Pre-operative work up and post-operative ward care

- Anatomical study

- Various operative techniques demonstrations during live surgery and using didactic, detailed videos.

- Training on pelvic trainers and dry lab

LEVEL 3 (WORKING ON): training period in a recognized Centre or Institute at home Country. Operating theatre experience under supervision of a senior colleague (accomplishment of a minimum number of interventions)

FINAL PROJECT: submit one high-quality research/review of literature and a written report of skills acquired

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Medicine (or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Italian Diplomatic Representation in home country).
Specialization degree in gynecology.
License for medical practice and membership in the appropriate professional register or, for foreigners, equivalent organization.
Good knowledge of English language.
Candidates possessing a degree obtained not in Italy should contact the Italian Diplomatic Representation in the country where the degree was obtained and request:
An authenticated copy of the qualification and the academic transcript legalized;
The official translation of the qualification for languages different from English, French, German or Spanish;
The declaration of value (or diploma supplement)
